A Dinner: Setting The Stage Part I

Monday, September 24, 2012

I just got the pictures back from the event that we produced last week at the Box SF in San Francisco and they are just gorgeous.  There are so many great pictures I thought I would break the post into 3 parts vs. having a mile long post.

The Box SF is really a blank canvas with tons of character.  The space has exposed brick, gorgeous hardwood floors, loft-like ceilings and amazing windows.

We wanted to produce an event that was elegant yet comfortable and mixed vintage and modern elements.  For the main presentation area, we chose neutral tones, including linen sofas and chairs with both reclaimed wood and mirrored accents.  We could have gone the traditional route of just having chairs, but by adding the sofas, coffee tables, floor lamps and rugs, it made the space more intimate and welcoming.

We also brought in new and vintage accessories throughout the space and of course, tons of flowers and candles that really made the space glow.
