I’ve been in Austin all week scouting locations for SXSW 2014 and boy oh boy – has it been hot here. At the end of each day, we’ve cooled off with a lovely fruit infused cocktail. Definitely seeing a trend!
This is the perfect cocktail to beat the summer heat and it’s super easy to make too. All you need is frozen blueberries, pink lemonade, vodka, ice and a little slice of lemon to garnish. The kiddos will love the color of this yummy cocktail, so make it naked and just skip the vodka.
Blueberry Hard Lemonade
- 2 tablespoons frozen blueberries
- 2 oz. vodka
- lemonade
- ice
- lemon slice to garnish
1. Place frozen blueberries in your glass
2. Add vodka and ice
3. Add lemonade to fill glass, stir and add lemon slice garnish
