Caroline Khoo, owner of Nectar and Stone, is the Melbourne “dessert designer’’ who posts photographs of her creations everyday on Instagram {@nectarandstone}; no doubt increasing the appetite of her 208k+ followers from all around the world. Khoo is on a mission to open the most beautiful cakery in Melbourne and we can only imagine how breathtaking it will be. This social media superstar has even been quoted saying ‘90% of her orders come from her instagram following’. Nutmeg and Honeybee is owned by Philadelphia native, Meghan Rosko. It all started in September 2014 with a simple set of sugar cookies for a wedding and has since grown to creating cookies for celebrities, TV shows, fashion events, and famous bloggers.
