When you’re creating menus for events…have fun with the desserts. Don’t do the typical creme brulee or cheesecake. Do something out of the box. Don’t be shy in chatting with the chef…he would be excited to do something different. I’m a huge fan on dessert samplers, tetting everyone have a taste of all the goodness (without the guilt – right?).
