You have all heard of those dinners Farm to Table that are our in the middle of nowhere – right? Well I love this concept and would love to do it as an event for a client. Heirloom LA, who is known for their lasagna cupcakes (yes you heard correctly) created this concept for one of their clients. First they toured a farm and then had an amazing meal that was prepared in Heirloom LA’s food truck. I love the fact that everything looked beautiful; the china they used, the way the meal was served, all the details. Just think of the possibilities.
