Help create the inaugural incentive

We were brought on to help create the inaugural incentive for our client and Puerto Rico was actually the second year the program took place.

We love to incorporate the culture of the destination when we are planning incentives. We do this by the food the guests are eating, excursions and entertainment.

For welcome reception, guests received branded coconuts which was a fun element to add and everyone got fitted for the perfect Panama hat.

For the final night dinner, which was at Su Casa, the former home of Clara Livingston, the first woman to fly the Caribbean, showcased rum produced in Puerto Rico and had a cigar roller.
What We Did
We helped to identify the perfect location for their program, planned the travel, all the fun activities, receptions, dinners and the special gifts the award winners received.
The Challenge
One of the challenges that always happens is determining who the award winners are, as resorts like to have their rooming list 30 days prior, but sometimes based on when the year ends that information isn’t determined yet. We worked with the client to identify as many of the winners as we could which helped.
The feedback from the winners was -
