A couple of weeks ago I headed up to the Napa Valley to an event at V. Sattui Winery. The last time I was here was a very long time ago, for one of my dear friends wedding. It poured rain that day (it hadn’t rained on that day in 99 years). So to say that I really didn’t get to see the winery in all it’s glory was an understatement.
After wandering around the property, I can see why she wanted to say “I-do” here. It was simply beautiful. They have spectacular courtyards, lawns, picnic areas and their Barrell Room can be transformed into anything your heart desires. They even have their own outdoor pizza oven.
As soon as I saw this seating arrangement in the picture above, I knew this would be the perfect spot for an initmate executive dinner for an upcoming event we are working on.
Blueprint Studios (one of my favorite furniture rental companies here in the Bay Area) was showcasing their latest furniture pieces for Summer. I have a few favorites already.
The Barrell Room can hold up to 250 guests. You can have an intimate dining experience for 16 in the Gold Room. The outdoor terrace can hold up to 30 depending on how you design the seating. The picnic grounds with the outdoor pizza oven is spread across 2 acres.
And by the way, their wines are very good. I bought a couple of bottles to bring back home.
